Large Mushi is the Director of EEY. The young man of 26 is not afraid to aim high. In his own words: "I love and have faith in what I do. I know that success only comes with patience and hard work. It can only be achieved if one is passionate about one's work. I know that in order to achieve my goals, I need to invest in people, and I must never underestimate anybody. I must always ask questions, and remain open to new knowledge and challenges."
Egno Mushi is the Vice Director of EEY. The 25 year-old, who has not had an easy life himself, wants to change the lives of those from disadvantaged backgrounds through education. Egno completed A-level studies at Moshi High School in 2007, obtained a Seminar Certificate in Teaching in Action from Mwenge University College of Education in the same year, and is aiming to achieve a Diploma in Education from Marangu Teachers College in 2010.
Nestory Mushi is the treasurer of EEY and teaches Biology. Born in 1985, Nestory completed secondary education in 2006 and obtained his Advancd Education certificate in 2009. He has worked in different parts of the region as a part-time teacher.
Janeth Kiwia is programme officer at EEY, and also teaches Hisotry and Kiswahili. Janeth completed her A-level studies at Babati Day High School in 2009. She is 20 years old.
Gaudence Komu was born in 1986. He completed his A-level studies in 2009. He teaches Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at EEY.
